- By dining at The Taste of Tradition, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Reservations & Seating
- Table reservations are subject to availability.
- Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time.
- Walk‑in customers will be seated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
- Pricing & Payment
- All menu prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.
- Special discounts apply only upon valid ID proof.
- Food & Allergies
- Our dishes are prepared with pure desi ghee and authentic ingredients.
- Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform staff before ordering.
- The restaurant is not liable for adverse reactions if no prior disclosure is made.
- Promotions & Offers
- Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Offers are valid only during the announced period and may be withdrawn at management’s discretion.
- Conduct & Safety
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other patrons.
- The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive or unsafe conduct.
- Liability
- The Taste of Tradition is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Parking facilities, if used, are at the customer’s own risk.
- Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
